Dryer turns off and has a burnt smell

whirlpool leq9508pw0 It will turn off after running for 15 seconds and will have a burning smell. It will reset and do it again. It does blow air out the discharge. I have the heat off and it still shut down. I have disconnected everything other than the fuse and overloads. I checked the lint trap and connecting box. I can spin the tumbler by hand.
