frozen on netflix intro screen then turns off, repeat,repeat etc.
When i turn the tv on i get the netflix menu screen where i can choose from featured programmes, games, web browser etc. If the sky box is turned on i get a picture as norma in the backgroundl. However, the remotes do nothing when i try to access the netflix menu or even turn off the tv - the batteries are fine, the tv just won't accept commands. After about thirty seconds or so the tv turns itself off, then turns itself back on and we repeat the process. This is driving me crazy!!
