GE GSHF5KGXCCWW ice maker will not work.

GE GSHF5KGXCCWW ice maker will not work. I recently changed my control board and heater element because I was getting ice on the coils. After doing so I am still getting ice on the top coils not much but some. and the ice maker will not work. no water going into the tray.. I check the water dispenser and it has a strong flow and the water is cold. Not sure what to do next. I have a GE refrigerator Model: GSHF5KGXCCWW. your help is appreciated.
