Half of screen has no backlight

Half of screen has no backlight Only part of my TCL 65Q825 screen has no backlight. I'm assuming these local dimming zones are not working. What would be causing this? The TV is only about 1.5 years old and I would like to fix this if I can. ANSWERS:
