How to fix slow INSIGNA wireless mouse scroll

How to fix slow INSIGNA wireless mouse scroll I have a Insignia wireless optical mouse and it fell by accident, The scroll was pushed down or something and now its clicking instead of working to scroll the page. I have apps like Roblox, Discord, etc and those apps need scroll and pg up and pg down wont work for it. Please help me
