I have a Visio Tv with a backlight that turns on but no image

I have a Visio Tv with a backlight that turns on but no image I have a D43-F1 visio tv, when I try to turn it on I get a blank/black sceen (but the backlight is on). I was wondering what might be wrong with it and how to fix it? ANSWERS:
