Jeep starts but have no controls lights are on wipers on and stuck in

Jeep starts but have no controls lights are on wipers on and stuck in Turned jeep on lights came on wipers are on and i have no dash lights but i also have no control of lights wipers nothing and it wont come out of park dont know what is causing this please help | |
