Loud high pitched soung and static on screen

Loud high pitched soung and static on screen

Just started yesterday, when the HDMI is used there is a loud screeching noise and static accross the screen. Not too sure if it is a board issue or there is a reasonable priced fix. Would love any info possible. Have tried letting the tv sit, used every hdmi port. But still having an isssue.
