What is the full model number of the TV?
If it is a TH-42AS670D, a TH-50AS670D or a TH-55AS670D then try updating the firmware and check if that resolves the problem.
There are some caveats with trying this.
If the TV is not one of the models listed above then don’t try it as installing the wrong firmware can brick the TV which can then only be repaired by the manufacturer.
If the firmware already installed in the TV is the same version or even a later version, then the update will not be installed. I realize that you cannot check what firmware version is already installed so you may have to try it and see what happens."
