Mitsubishi WS-65511 Blinking green light still blinking

Mitsubishi WS-65511 Blinking green light still blinking I've replaced the caps on the DM board (twice) and checked the fuses. Still have the blinking green light and nothing else. Any ideas?? THANKS ANSWERS:
