mouse pointer not working, anyone know how to fix?

mouse pointer not working, anyone know how to fix? my mouse can click and scroll the lights on it work but the pointer wont move I've already looked on the internet and have uninstalled the driver and reinstalled also have moved and tried it on different computers so the problem has to be with them mouse anyone know how to fix it ?
