My control panel is not coming on

My control panel is not coming on

I just replaced the main harness in my dryer and had power before but now it wont power up. I have power from outlet to the terminal block and from there to the control board. But my control panel is not coming on. Only reason I replaced the harness was because of burnt wires but it was still working before I changed it it just wasn't heating. Any ideas what could be causing my issues?
