My fridge isn't cooling well and freezer side not freezing

My fridge isn't cooling well and freezer side not freezing My Whirlpool ed5jhexts00 has stopped cooling and freezer side not freezing at all. On the condenser coil frost is only forming at the bottom and very little at the top. Compressor runs and is warm. I have no idea what to do. Help please!
