My left earpiece will no longer produce sound

My left earpiece will no longer produce sound
Please help me I love these headphones my left earpiece in my LG tone active hbs 850 has gone out. There is a crack in the right side of my neck holder but it’s never caused any problems. It has gotten bigger over time. Please help thanks
