My Sony Walkman Lithium Battery Has a Hole in the Outer Wrapper

While trying to open my Sony Walkman NWZ-E453, I accidentally punctured the outer wrapper of the battery as seen below (Yes, I know that all the iFixit guides warn about this).

Anonymous, I'd definitely change the battery. A. because of the not " very good anymore" probably not holding a charge for long and B. because of the damage. To find a replacement, take a look at the numbers on the battery and do a search with that.
