Need repair on my Sony ProWalkman D6C

Need repair on my Sony ProWalkman D6C 30 year original owner, Sony Pro Walkman D6C. Replaced all the rubber last year, ran fine. Now the take-up reel clutch is out (tape piles up around the pinch roller.) Any suggestions or links to a repair person or iFixit type directions. ANSWERS:
