NEW replaced ice maker frigidaire not dumping ice unless I unplug

NEW replaced ice maker frigidaire not dumping ice unless I unplug I just replaced my ice maker for my Frigidaire (frs3lr5es0) but it’s not dumping ice. The mold tray fills with water and freezes but doesn’t dump out of the mold. However, if I unplug the refrigerator and plug back in, the ice maker will dump the ice from the mold. Does anyone have any ideas? Do I need to do something do reset the ice maker cycle? Any tips would be appreciated.
