Not Being Recognized On iTunes

Not Being Recognized On iTunes When I plug my iPod into my computer, it instantly says connected. The icon for my iPod pops up in my desktop (I have an Apple) but nothing happens in iTunes. If I eject it, it will instantly (within a second or two) reconnect to my computer, before I can unplug it. What do I do? ANSWERS:
