@chanmer any of this can be caused by a few boards. My first suspect would be the T-con board followed by the main board. Since you did not tell us what exact model your TV is we cannot give you more detail on those boards. I will also help is you remove the back cover from your TV and take a good look at the boards and se if there are any obviously damaged components on those. Post some good pictures of your boards with your QUESTION so that we can see what you see. Adding images to an existing question
