Removing the electrical connectors from the crankshaft position senso

Removing the electrical connectors from the crankshaft position senso The locking wire harness plugs attached to the crankshaft position sensors on my 2002 Eldorado seem to be impossible to remove . Does anyone have an answer as to how these plugs can be removed without breaking them?
