Samsung SHP-DP738, mortise not working (door not locking)

Samsung SHP-DP738, mortise not working (door not locking) Noticed that since this morning, door is not locking. I tried manually operating the Open-Door sensor in mortise but dead bolt seems does not seem to come out of mortise. ANSWERS:
