Screen went black sound but cannot even get menu to display

Screen went black sound but cannot even get menu to display Black screen. Audio. Tried suggestions posted here but nothing worked. Still no picture. Not able to bring up menu to reset to factory setting. Nothing shows at all. 42LB5600 U2-BUSDLJR. ANSWERS:
