The sensor/lense is shaking on one spot

The sensor/lense is shaking on one spot

Hi I have this Sony Discman ESP2 D-E200. Everytime I turn it on the lense(I don’t know what to call it, the one that scans the cd) it supposed to move but it doesnt. It just goes to one side and then get stuck there. I opened it up that’s how I found out the problem
