Is the NAND chip on the Xbox One S replaceable?

Is the NAND chip on the Xbox One S replaceable? I recently board an Xbox one s and it is missing the NAND Flash memory chip (Toshiba THGBMFG6C1LBAIL 8 GB eMMC NAND Flash) is this even able to be fixed?
