Toshiba 55" Smart Ultra HD 4K television - No picture, only sound

Hi. I bought a toshiba tv in 2019. When I switch it on, there is only sound, no picture. I did the “flashlight” trick and can see images/silhouettes. Could this be a backlight system failure and how do I repair it please? Thanks
