Turntable rotates and light is on when oven is off.

Turntable rotates and light is on when oven is off.

I have a Kenmore 721.80012 microwave when the oven is off and the door is shut the turntable rotates and the light is on very low. When the door is opened the turntable stops and the light becomes normal brightness.
