TV keeps turning on then off, then on

TV keeps turning on then off, then on

My Samsung UE40D5520 TV keeps turning on then off, then on..off again. Been doing this all day and tonight until unplugged it. Can turn on off with remote, however once turn on, the recurring cycle starts again! Red LED is on 100% of time when TVs is off and off when the TVs is on. Help please!
