tv screen is red/dark pink when turned on

tv screen is red/dark pink when turned on

My tv display screen is red/dark pink when turned on. the sound quality is fine but picture is not clear. The light colors play well but when picture is dark, it just shows black in that area. what could be the problem. This is model KDL50w950D sony android tv. purchased in dec 2016. What could be the issue.
