ADMISSION POLICIES FOR NEW STUDENTS
HIGH SCHOOL
A. FIRST YEAR APPLICANTS
The cut-off grade requirement is 80 percent in each subject and a conduct grade of B.
1. Admission/Entrance Procedure
- Registrar’s Office
- The application form is available at the Registrar’s Office in the third week of November. And the following documents have to be submitted:
- Certified photocopy of Report Card (Form 138) with 2nd or 3rd quarter grades
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- Birth Certificate issued by NSO (original copy and 2 photocopies)
- Latest passport size colored ID pictures (2 copies)
- Alien Certificate of Registration and/ or Study Permit from the Bureau of Immigration (for foreign pupils only)
- The applicants fill in the application form and present to the office clerk for encoding of data.
- Accounting Office / Cashier’s Office
- The applicants are required to pay a testing fee of Php300.00 at the cashier’s office.
- Testing Center
- The applicants submit the application form and present the receipt of payment at the Testing Center then receive a permit to take the test.
- The applicants will take the test as scheduled.
(Placement Test is given to first year applicants who graduated from the USC – North Campus, Grade School Department. Their admission to first year high school is based on the recommendation of the principal provided that they have passed in all the subjects.) - Guidance Office
- The qualified applicants will present the test result to the Guidance Office.
- The Guidance Counselors conduct admission interview (both the applicants and their parent/s).
ENROLLMENT
- The qualified applicants shall enroll on the scheduled dates and submit the original copy of the Report Card (Form 138). Failure to do so forfeits the applicant’s slot in school.
B. SECOND YEAR AND THIRD YEAR APPLICANTS
(The school does NOT accept application for Fourth Year high school).

- Certificate of Good Moral Character

- Alien Certificate of Registration and/ or Study Permit from the Bureau of Immigration (for foreign students only)

ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE FOR NEW AND RESIDENT STUDENTS
- Upon enrollment, the following steps should be followed:
- Submission of the original uncancelled Report Card (Form 138) for new studentsand certificates of resident students who took up summer/remedial classes as completion of their academic deficiencies and fill in the enrollment form at the registrar’s office.
- Payment of the Enrollment fee(Php2,000.00)at the cashier’s office and PTA fees(Php300.00-includes insurance fee)at the Principal’s Office.
- Submission of the Enrollment Form at the Registrar’s Office.
- Issuance of Temporary ID for the new students or validation of Permanent ID for the resident students that serves as permit in the admission of classes.
