Volume at maximum but hardly any sound can be heard

Volume at maximum but hardly any sound can be heard

My tv is at 100% volume but hardly any sound can be heard it also kept going into shop/store mode iv reset the tv i think i got the Samsung logo and channels rescand perfect picture but bearly hearable
