Washer only wants to drain no lights coming on.

Washer only wants to drain no lights coming on. My Kenmore washer only wants to drain. Power button doesn't do anything. Have to unplug washer to get it to shut off. Won't start a cycle. Doesn't want to to anything but try to drain. ANSWERS:
