Where are the spark plugs on this 4.6l V8?

Where are the spark plugs on this 4.6l V8? Where are the spark plugs on my 1997 4.6L V8? Are they under a valve cover or something? I see plug wires running on the passenger side down. Do they have to be changed from beneath the truck? | |
