Where is the eec location so I can do a code search to find out y my start

Where is the eec location so I can do a code search to find out y my start Truck has ran great for over a year the other day I went to start it started like always ran 30 sec then died thought it was fuel pump put new one in and filter check relays and fuses all OK but fuel pump runs for a couple sec then quits
