Why aren't my Beats Solo3 turning on after a reset and charging?

Why aren't my Beats Solo3 turning on after a reset and charging? My Beats Solo3 is not turning on, nor responding to a reset. The fuel gauge blinks when charging, but does not turn on when fully charged. Any way I can fix this? ANSWERS:
