Why can't my blu-ray player stream Netflix or Amazon Prime?
My Sony 3D Blu-Ray player keeps giving me the message "Sorry, we are unable to reach the Netflix service. Please try again later", and a similar thing happens when I try to connect to Amazon Prime Instant Video.
ANSWERS:
I would suggest check for a firmware update for our model of blu ray player. also check your internet connection and make sure your ethernet is plugged in properly if you are using ethernet connection. other than that maybe your modem's firewall or ports are blocking access.
