Why is my projector not powering on

Why is my projector not powering on Before I dusted the projector in and out, if I turned it on it would light up for like 2 seconds and go off blinking 2 red-light, then I loosed it and dusted it in and out and Copled it, it's not coming on after the servicing. ANSWERS:
