Why won’t my PANASONIC - TX-43GX555B auto turn off after set hours?
We have a new smart tv PANASONIC - TX-43GX555B in our bedroom and will often fall asleep with the tv still on. In the past, our old tv would automatically turn off when we’re watching Netflix. However, on our new tv is set to auto turn off after 2 hours, and now to 1 hour but the tv is not auto turning off and is running all night until it’s manually turned off. Any help / advice? Is it because it’s running on Netflix? Even though this wasn’t an issue in the past with another Panasonic tv(s)!

Is the CEC setting enabled and do you require this feature on your HDMI connection?
If not disable the setting option and check the result.
If you do require the feature then is the CEC Auto Power ON setting enabled?
You could just try disabling this setting and check the results. This may be auto disabled when CEC is disabled not sure.
Go to Settings > More > CEC and CEC Power ON.
