i have a problem with your store service. i bought a 2 camera cctv from this store provided that your technician will put up the gadget in my clinic it has been 3 weeks now and so many excuses has been given and my cctv remain untouched without knowing if the gadget is working or not. the 1 week warranty has lapsed already. what i need is the immediate installment of this gadget. i got so many promises from mr. Dirly Angelo s. loriega who promised to have my cctv installed in a matter of time. could i just return the gadget and refund since your technician has too many excuses and not very helpful in my needs. remember, i ask your store if i buy the gadget would your technician be guaranteed in installing the gadget. it has been 2weeks almost 3 weeks and no mr. diryl angelo s. loriega appear in my clinic, i am a very busy person. most of the time i am in manila or in a hospital. what i need is immediate assistance. and of course i will pay dues which the technician agreed upon. if he needs more fee to JUST install my cctv why will he not say so in the first place and please ask him not to give me petty excuses just to prolong the process. i am entitled to this rights of complaining for the goods that a consumer has purchased. please inform me at my number 09192058746 about this problem.
