I don't normally write reviews but i am taking an exemption this time to warn everyone about SOP of this company. we recently purchased cebu pacific tickets for several destinations. we were assisted my Michelle who has been working in this office for 8 yrs, and as such I expected her to be knowledgeable of their SOP including advising clients of the consequences if deviating from the SOP. to make the story short, we also purchased seat reservation, as everyone knows that seats are assigned upon check-in at the airport. Michelle never advised us that there would be penalty for changing seat reservation. As if she was expecting me know their SOP even though I am in the US while transacting with her. the penalty is the forfeiture of what you paid initially. so the effect is just like making another seat reservation.I think this is their company's SOP and not the industry's. So be warned. Make sure you scrutinize their agents should you desire to use them for all your bookings. for me this will be my last.
