i think it's not the crew problem. the problem is the improper training to their personnel. Those who have no proper training are designated to the branch. Then, the branch likes to offer overtime but without pay? maybe they should change the manager, the one with experience in the fastfood business.

The services in this branch was POOR. There was a time when we went to eat with my hubby. I called a crew to clean the table left by one customer. No response from the crew. They're just watching. unaccommodating..the last time we eat again, I ask the crew (girl) to wrapped my leftover (chicken). And hey, she just gave me a plastic. She didn't even put the leftover to the plastic. They should close, rather change their crew...hay..I just want to share.. The management in Mang Inasal zabarte branch should conduct an evaluation.
