Report ko lng po ang aming cable connection magmula nong bumaha wala na kaming cable. Lagi ko pong ginagawa ang auto scanning pero ang lumalabas sa mismong box nya is NULL. Mag iisang linggo na po. Sana po matulungan nyo po kami at ma-actionan po tong problema nmin. At di po kami makalabas kasi baha po samin kami po naka sky direct at sa kapit bahay nmin may cable po sila parehas samin.

Why is my TV cable connection for which I pay 500 pesos a month disconnected since yesterday Friday evening, 10 pm until today, Saturday morning, 9:30 am?

And I urge you again after several complaints to reactivate channel 67, Deutsche Welle and 71, ABC Australia, which have been off for many months.

Why is it that my bills are delayed when i receive it. Last December bill, they give it to our neighbor which they forgot to give it to me. And you charged me penalty for delayed payments. And now this January again, your personnel send my January bill 2 days delayed from due date. So this means i have to pay penalty again? Please clear out all my penalty for i a good payer and i pay on time. If this will not be cleared out, i wont pay at all. Thank you for your BAD services!
