Cable and Internet Connection / Service

To Whom It May Concern:

In this time of covid-19 pandemic, the cable tv and internet service have become our lifeline. We keep updated with both local and international news from various news channel. The internet has become very valuable because we now work (teaching) through on line conferencing and modules.

I hope your company understands how essential your service have become to us.

I just hope that your technical people will be more responsive to address issues regarding your cable and internet service. We are getting the impression that they cannot be bothered if it is Saturday, Sunday or if it is raining.

We do not have both cable and internet services since Saturday and now Sunday ( June 27 and 29, 2020). We do not know what time tomorrow, Monday services will be back.

We can be patient and understanding if advisories or information be given to us. We communicated with your office here in GenSan all we get is that information was relayed to certain people and that they cannot do anything because it was raining. There was not even, a drizzle maybe.

I hope we have both cable and internet connection the soonest. And we also hope costumer service can be improved especially when we lost connections / service. We hope that problems be promptly attended to.
