Customer Service Representative Central Visayas Responsibilities: Authenticating the information, researching the applicable customer records in order to process transaction request; and Inputting any information and commands necessary to fulfill simple requests, documenting the call content and any actions undertaken on the applicable administrative system and transferring complex requests to other Company Group or NAIC Group resources for further action if the Customer Service Associates are unable to resolve such requests. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field. Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply. 1 Full-Time position(s) available.
