This is an extremely rare Sasha “Princess” Trendon doll (186A). This Princess is number 241 and is one of only four ever to be exported to Australia - I have included an image of the outer box to further support the number for information only. This Sasha Princess has never been played with in fact this Princess has only been slid out of the box a handful of times since 1986 and has only been completely removed once to provide the images of the limited edition number 241 from 1986 imbedded in the back of her neck. Princess Sasha wears a pink frilled dress and a wide blue velvet sash. Over the dress goes a navy velvet cloak lined with pink. Her shoes are pink too. A narrow velvet ribbon serves as a necklace with a single ‘jewel’ adorns her neck. The Princess doll has long fair human hair about 25cm long which is real and her eyes are dark brown. This is a very unique opportunity for an avid Trendon Sasha collector to add this extremely rare doll and unique doll to their collection. A doll of this rarity seldom comes on sale. There were only about 350 Princess dolls made out of 3,500 which were originally scheduled because the Trendon factory in Stockport closed down. This Sasha Princess Doll is as new.
