I don't remember my email address and my password for my Samsung accou

I had to factory reset my Samsung Galaxy J1 phone, but now I can't get into it because I don't remember my password to my Samsung account and it says to use the email address and password that was previously associated with the Samsung account and it keeps saying processing failed
