Can I add a drop of oil to small fan motor? Where?

Can I add a drop of oil to small fan motor? Where? Fan was working fine. Turned it off. Next time I switched it on, it was trying to get up the power to spin the blade, but couldn't quite do it. The blade would move a fraction of an inch, then no more. I cleaned it, but thought a drop of oil might help lubricate it again. Doable? Where to apply the oil?
