The volume button of my device don't function anymore.

The volume button of my device don't function anymore. i have problems in minimizing and maximizing the volume of my NWZ-E473 sony walkman. it seems that when i press the volume button at the side of my device, it wont work. the volume is constant. pls. help me! ANSWERS:
