The Board of Directors of Bloomberry Resorts Corporation (formerly Active Alliance, Incorporated) has appointed Sycip Gorres Velayo & Co. (SGV & Co.) as principal accountant to audit its financial statements. The appointment of Sycip Gorres Velayo & Co. is effective in March 19, 2012.
SGV & Co. will replace Constantino Guadalquiver & Co. which will consequently be terminated effective in March 19, 2012.
The reason for this change is that SGV & Co. is the independent auditor for Sureste Properties Inc. and Bloomberry Resorts and Hotels Inc. which are the operating subsidiaries of Bloomberry Resorts Corporation. It will make the consolidation of the financial statements easier.
