Under normal operating conditions, the bearing temperature should not exceed 30 ℃, the maximum temperature should not exceed 70 ° C. if it is more than 70 ℃, the machine should be immediately stopped to find out the reasons to be eliminated.
Before the stopping of the machine, the operator should firstly stop feeding. After the materials in the crushing cavity are discharged completely, the operator can shut off the motor.
In the crushing process, if the crusher is stopped because of the materials blockage, the operator should immediately turn off the motor and the motor cannot be started until the materials are removed.After being used for a period of time, the operator should re-tighten all fasteners.
The operator should feed the materials to the crushing cavity evenly. And the side feeding or stack feeding should be avoided to prevent unilateral overload, load mutation or obstruction.
