i just want to report a very poor customer service experience with your staff at sm lipa branch earlier this evening, may 11, 2014. i went there hoping for a replacement for a defective card reader. there were three of them there, nobody even looked up to address my concern. the staff who was apparently doing some paper works was very bossy and even asked for my memory card. they said its working on their end and didn't replace it. i bought two card readers, one is working fine but the other one is not so im trying to get it replaced. the staff even sarcastically said "lies, lies, lies" while i am explaining. im really pissed the way i was treated. I left the card reader intentionally. what is the use of a non working equipment. i paid for a non working device. i wonder what department could handle this concern? is there a way your staff be trained properly?

Hello! I Bought a Fres USB Fan last Wednesday with worth 150.00 after i plugged in the fan it only works in up stand form, but when i pull it's head down it starts to stop. can i replace it with a new 150.00 fres usb fan without a receipt?
